Get To Know Kathy Espinoza
Kathy Espinoza has been public speaking since 1983. She is a board-certified professional ergonomist with an MBA and a master’s degree in work science/physiology.
She has been providing keynote sessions at national, state, and local conferences since 1997. She also has post-graduate certificates in Human Resources, Risk Management, and Workers’ Comp and provides management training in:
- Stress management
- Creating workplace cultures
- Working with millennials
- Redefining after COVID
- Restless workplace
In addition to management training, Kathy provides injury prevention training to office personnel, hospital workers, special education staff, and custodial, grounds, and EVS employees.
Having four children who have struggled with special needs, she presents to high school students on teen tenacity. She also provides parent sessions on dealing with kids who struggle.
She gained most of her experience in ergonomics while serving as the coordinator of a chronic back pain program for a large hospital in Fontana for 12 years.
Kathy taught Ergonomics in the Workplace at UC Riverside for over 10 years and was the 2010 Instructor of the Year.
She has 86 published articles and 16 published blogs in the field of management, human resources, and ergonomics.
